Hamilton’s leading limousine company has an immediate opening for a Part Time reservation agent in our Hamilton office. Our focus is on the customer, with the provision of top notch professional service each and every time the customer calls our office. The heart of this role is taking limousine bookings from our customers on the phone and then processing these requests in our computer system as well as making outbound customer service calls on the telephone.
The ideal candidate will:
• Assist guests with all inquiries in connection with our sedan, SUV and limousine services
• Work closely with dispatchers to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience
• Provide guests with necessary details about car types available, luggage restrictions etc.
• Provide price quotes and general information
• Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Requirements):
• Ability to speak and read the English language fluently is essential
• Excellent guest service skills and professional etiquette are required
• Good communication skills
• Excellent email skills and experience with social media posting
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and work under pressure
Have an outgoing personality & enjoy interacting with people
• Be highly organized with data entry experience
• Have an excellent phone manner and superior customer service skills
• Sales experience will be helpful.
