ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. SMOKING/VAPING/POT IS NOT PERMITTED. A fee of $250.00 for any light up. A fee of $500+ will be charged for any burn or smoking smell. Sanitation fee is $350.00. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Overtime charges will apply after the first 10 minutes of the prearranged time described on the confirmation email. Change fee of $75 applies to bookings if changed within 24 hours. Full trip charge with no refunds if trip is cancelled or is a no show within 24 hours. All trips are subject to a cancellation fee if outside the 24 hours notice policy. Hamilton Limo is not responsible for delays or the termination of trips in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balance is to be paid 14 days prior to event. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Gratuities are not included in the price unless client has requested us to add it onto the reservation where it will be clearly marked. Hamilton Limo has the right to substitute a vehicle when needed. Passengers stopped at the immigration office at the US/Canadian borders for more than 15 minutes will be subject to the additional vehicle hourly rate for wait time. Excessive garbage or breakage of vehicle glassware will result in additional charges. Additional charges will apply for the use of the 407 ETR and will automatically be charged during rush hour times. Additional charges will apply for wait time at the airport once the plane has landed on the ground. Charges will apply after 60 minutes for Domestic, 75 minutes for US and 90 minutes for International. After 2 hours with no communication from the client the trip will be considered a No Show and vehicle will leave the airport which full trip charges will apply.
